Position includes:
* Assistance with clinical and operational processes
* Perform initial and routine nutritional assessments as required
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
* Providing education to patients and families
* Participate in QAPI activities
* Make diet recommendations to the medical team
Requirements:
* Credentialed by the CDR
* Dietetic licensure
* Client centered
* Good communication skills
* At least one year of experience in clinical dietetics, dialysis experience a plus
