Job Summary 

As a Director of Strategic Partnerships at Nutrislice you will be responsible for creating successful partnerships with prospective Enterprise Partners. Your territory will include some of our most strategic accounts and prospects and you’ll be tasked with creating significant value for both Nutrislice and our partners.

This role is incredibly cross functional and will require a deep partnership with marketing, enablement, product and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving significant growth of enterprise accounts, identifying profitable new business opportunities, and developing long-term business growth strategies. An exceptional Director of Strategic Partnerships will be adept at negotiating new business deals as well demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed your quota for new business 
  • Run the entire sales process including strategy, forecasting, cold calling, sourcing, and closing. Ensure that Salesforce is up-to-date with all relevant information about your accounts, activities, and opportunities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and identify profitable business opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive territory plan, complete with action plans that identify targets and strategies to meet or exceed new business growth goals and objectives
  • Analyze current industry trends and identify business opportunities that generate new revenue and profitability.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects, follow up on leads and referrals, and coordinate and execute RFP responses
  • Coordinate go-to-market plans including co-branded materials, partner communications, joint marketing, sales training, lead qualification and referral processes
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams in joint roadmap development and with Account Management when AM activities can support achieving your sales goals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years software sales experience, ideally, within any of the following industries; foodservice, digital signage, or digital ordering 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with channel partnership management or major account expansion
  • A history of meeting or exceeding your annual quota through new business pipeline development and management 
  • Strategic hunting and prospecting methodology
  • A deep understanding of buying cycles of customers
  • Understanding of complex bidding and RFP responses
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing C/VP level contacts 
  • Must be tech savvy and able to confidently navigate Salesforce.com
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – the idea of being an active participant in a growing company must excite you 

This position is full time and offers a competitive salary OTE of $175K-$225K and generous benefits including health, dental, flexible PTO, 401k with match, and more.
