The Community Liaison is responsible for growing the census and being a positive reflection of the hospice program, while being heavily involved in the community. The Liaison develops and promotes Arizona Care Hospice services within the assigned territory and identifies new referral sources to maintain an ongoing relationship with partners, physicians and sources that will increase census and preference for hospice services.

Requirements

• Minimum (2) years of sales/marketing for home care and hospice.
• Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice services.
• Excellent Sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with attentional to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook and EMR programs.
