Job Purpose: The Mission Services Administrative Assistant's purpose is to provide support with tasks, project support services, and receptionist duties for Mission Services at its Johnstown headquarters. This position screens, logs, and routes customers and phone calls, answers questions and inquiries as appropriate, assists in data entry using existing spreadsheets and databases, and assists customers with the needs of Mission Services.The position will organize and participate in Mission Service projects to enhance the customers' experience. Qualifications: This position requires a person capable of conforming to the high standards of behavior expected of all staff.Excellent work habits, including attendance and punctuality, are required.The person must follow comppolicies and safety procedures, as well as ensuring that other employees under his/her supervision follow these. Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum of one-year customer service experience. Clearances: Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints. Other: Screening is completed on an ongoing monthly basis to determine if the individual in this position has been excluded from participation in federal health care programs.If exclusion from participation in federal health care programs occurs, the individual will be precluded from employment in any federally funded healthcare programs operated by Goodwill.
