Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities for this position include:

• Collaborate with marketing team to establish and execute content plans based on content calendar and store collateral.
• Create & execute campaigns across multi-media channels for both internal promotions and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with designers to fulfill photo and video needs.
• Plan, create and schedule engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Analyze Nugget Markets’ social media statistics along with competitors’ activity and industry benchmarks to develop and improve creative strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications Manager and outside contractors to develop and monitor paid social media campaigns & SEO.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and goals.
• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong interest and ability to stay current with food and digital/social trends.
• Creative writing ability that is clear, persuasive and engaging.
• Skilled in grammar, punctuation, style and tone.
• Strong proofreading skills with utmost attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and fun work environment.
