Job description:
NucleusTeq is looking for a dynamic and passionate person who wants to explore the verticals of tech recruitment.
Basic Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in technology recruiting, with at least two years of experience in a recruiting operations role
- Experience in working with services/consulting/IT companies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong track record of success
- Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest IT emerging technologies
- Must have exposure to the full life cycle of contract / full-time IT recruitment process and end-to-end recruitment
What You'll Do:
- Manage the recruiting team of full-time recruiters, tech interviewers and application reviewers
- Establish and monitor the recruiting efforts to support growing demands
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs) and making job postings on the Job Portal
- Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions
- Coordinate with account managers to understand the business needs in a timely manner
- Liaise with management daily, to support effective communication and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Be a key part of the management team, reporting directly to the Leadership
- Ability to drive new initiatives across recruiting, HR and Culture focused on talent acquisition, retention, and other related activities.
- Play the role of a leader and act as an individual contributor, based on the requirement
