Nucleu Healthcare is Hiring a Revenue Operations Marketing Manager Near King of Prussia, PA

Nucleus Healthcare brand and agency team is building out an elite marketing team and is hiring a Revenue operations Manager (Sales and Marketing). This role will act as the go-to resource for our Sales and Marketing teams for process and systems. You will own, optimize, and streamline major impactful initiatives such as our attribution model, lead scoring, sales engagement, and technology infrastructures.

The role will analyze variances across multiple brands and product lines. The role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on working on key initiatives and program/project launches. The role will work with large amounts of data to discover and solve real issues impacting our internal and external customers, create narratives on operational and business process changes, reconciling data, and creating a playbook for launches that Sales and Marketing.

As a member of the team, you will be key to driving success across all functions and establishing Nucleus and supporting clients as a leader in their respective industries. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational lead for Sales and Marketing
  • Work across teams to identify areas of optimization through process improvements and tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, etc.)
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to understand and optimize programs and processes
  • Create monthly decks and reporting with standard reports across the several product lines, not only with data, but using the data to tell the story of what’s going on in the business
  • Own and be accountable for revenue and expenses for marketing and sales including extensive documentation of current process
  • Own, manage, and reconcile marketing and sales budget
  • Execute projects to improve BDR and Demand generation efficiency and funnel optimization
  • Support the reporting and forecasting needs across the organization as well as team-level reporting to help measure effectiveness of the go-to-market strategy

Requirements and Skills

  • A thirst for ownership, learning new skills, and delivering value to those you work with
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience, preferred not required
  • 3-5 years of Marketo, Hubspot, or Pardot experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Clear demonstration of hitting and exceeding project plans
  • Clear demonstration of working with individuals across departments resulting in higher performance
  • Ability to receive clear, actionable feedback
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong comfort multitasking and excellent prioritization
