Nuclear Care Partners is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Overview

Inside Sales Representative

This position is responsible the weekly Health Watch program, including initiating phone calls, documenting within the call log and maintaining positive relationships with leads to ensure a smooth process from lead to new patient. 

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00/hr.

Full time and part time positions available, Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm). 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for weekly Health Watch program including initiating phone calls and documentation of call log
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with Health Watch leads to ensure a smooth onboarding process from lead to new patient to help prevent fall off
  • Work closely with Community Outreach Manager, Clinical Director, and Home Health Administrator of any needs the patient has while in the Health Watch program
  • Notifies Community Outreach Manager, Clinical Director, and Home Health Administrator when patient graduates from the Health Watch program to ensure a smooth transition from lead to patient
  • Greets incoming lead calls and creates rapport with leads in different markets.
  • Supports patient recruitment activities such as telephoning leads and requesting medical records.
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with leads in the database.
  • Maintains an established work pace, meets deadlines and last-minute urgent requests.
  • Ensures that leads are correctly processed through onboarding process including ensuring C leads are transitioned to B leads, and B leads are transitioned to the Community Outreach Manager to begin filing process.
  • Secures meeting locations including specifying room setup, AV and other support services
  • Maintains a basic understanding of governmental programs that directly relate to the business.
  • Expectation to call and build relationships with leads as assigned including follow up and documentation in the database.
  • Acts as an ambassador of customer service.
  • Understands and completes tasks related to accreditation and compliance as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience Cold Calling Preferred
  • Customer Service/Sales Experience preferred
  • Knowledge regarding the EEOICPA and filing process.
