NTT Data is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Financial Administratorto work in Orange, CT with our global client. This will be a 6 month contract role with the possibility of hire.

Responsibilities:

• Execute administrative tasks based on a guide provided by the customer.
• Export information from different sources and perform some controls based on those inputs.
• Generate Purchase orders for customer´s providers.
• Control amount allocated to the projects / services versus invoices received by the customer.
• Present information in a clear way (summaries, presentation, etc.)

Requirements:

• Excel knowledge (formulas, dynamics tables, …)
• Financial concepts (income, costs, invoices, etc …)
• Proactivity and good attitude
• General knowledge of IT area (just to “understand” what is a IT project, service)

• Basic Office PowerPoint knowledge
