A Day in the Life

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will be an important member of the People Experience team. As the TA Coordinator you will be an advocate for candidates ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, operational excellence and a seamless interview process. Some of the skills you will get to develop while in this position are how we job create, how we go about sourcing for candidates, the entire applicant process which includes coordinating interviews to initiating and assessing drug screens and background checks and assuring a successful onboarding and retention plan - the complete candidate care package! The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and enjoy supporting our Talent Acquisition team and job candidates. The TA Coordinator will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Strong time-management/organizational skills 
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines - strong sense of urgency 
  • Excellent computer skills including typing, advanced Excel/Word and Outlook 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Professionalism and positive "can-do" attitude 
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team 
  • Willing to go the extra mile and work overtime when needed 

The Must Haves:

  • High School diploma; college degree or related certificate a plus 
  • 1 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or related support role; warehouse distribution center environment preferred. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must (read, write and speak fluently)

Things You Will be Doing

  • Schedule phone, video-conference and in-person interviews; working directly with candidates and hiring managers 
  • Guide candidates through the onsite and virtual interview process through effective candidate and internal stakeholder communication 
  • Manage the organization and administration of the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on the candidate experience 
  • Assist with candidate tracking, data entry and workflow updates and reporting 
  • Utilize Indeed Search and LinkedIn to assist Talent Acquisition Specialists’ sourcing efforts 
  • Support the team's preparation and execution of internal Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives 
  • Provide status updates to candidates via phone and email 
  • Help coordinate other recruiting activities such as Job Fairs and Hiring Events 
  • Manage our ATS (applicant tracking system), assisting to create new positions, updating existing job descriptions 
  • Review inbound candidate applications and determine qualification 
  • Assist in conducting background and drug screening on applicants 
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and source of hire) 
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • Handle inquiries from employees and external candidates regarding job postings 
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our employees, managers and candidates 
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all activities and records 
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
