Description
NRG Media, LLC seeks a Corporate Payroll and Benefits Supervisor to oversee the centralized payroll and benefits administration for 300 employees in multiple locations across the Midwest. This individual is responsible for the day to day management of the semi-monthly payroll process ; HRIS system and records maintenance, benefits enrollment and maintenance, and audit compliance. The successful candidate will work with local managers and corporate accounting and human resources teams.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience with payroll process management in a multi-state environment, with 3 years' benefits management, including retirement benefits. They will be detail-oriented, organized and analytical. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is necessary and experience with Paylocity is desired.
