GENERAL FUNCTION:
Under the immediate supervision of the Preconstruction Department, this position is responsible for the development of AutoCAD residential construction and details drawings using Architectural Desktop, to include coordination with Surveyors for site specific drawings needed.
MUST HAVE
•Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop
•Interact with Sales and Preconstruction to create job specific construction drawings and sales prints
•Accountability & Ownership
•Techchnological literacy in apps, emails and programs
•Excellent communication skills
•Self-Prioritization
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to work on multiple projects for all design phases and aptitude to manage multiple projects effectively

•Requires the ability to understand and execute clerical principles and techniques
•Must possess significant functional computer skills including use of mainstream business
software including, but not limited to: Microsoft
Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe

•Accuracy of Construction Drawings
•Ability to complete regular and special projects quickly & efficiently
•Organization & Management of Base Home Plans
