*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase. How You'll Perform the RoleThe Sales Operations Analyst will administer operational processes meant to improve the efficiency of our salesforce at Eco-Products to include managing, coordinating, and facilitating all aspects of internal sales support including pricing and requests for pricing (RFP) support, pricing portal management, quality control (QC) management, and managing various projects. S/he will also assist with bi-annual sales meetings logistics and planning to include venue and other accommodations for the salesforce.
This position will report to the Vice President of Sales for Eco-Products and will support the entirety of the Eco-Products salesforce, occasionally taking direction from or receiving requests from Sales Directors, National Account teams, and other customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains sales support systems and administers automation tools
- Creates and updates records of leads, accounts, and other related information
- Maintains a repository of master sales documents, including contracts and price sheets
- Generates reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, and tracking productivity or quota attainment
- Assists with order processing, including pricing and requests for pricing (RFP) support and updating portals.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for quality control (QC) management and will liaison with internal parties.
- Manages assigned projects and deliverables.
- Assists with meeting logistics and planning for bi-annual sales meetings to include identifying venue and F&B, as well as hotel and room accommodations
Critical Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or in-lieu-of, an equivalent amount of customer facing work experience
- 2 years of related work experience in Sales or Analytics is preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel (i.e., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Working knowledge or aptitude to learn enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally
- Strong service orientation
