Novir is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our team! This is a newly created position within Novir. In this role, you will be the expert in delivering engaging and exciting remote training for a variety of teams. This is a great opportunity to launch our L&D program from the ground up, while making a positive impact on Novir’s Employee experience. This role is part designer, part facilitator, part project manager and can wear many hats! 

What You’ll Do:

• Assess existing training and onboarding processes across Novir, identifying areas for improvement 
• Design and build an exciting, branded training and onboarding program across Novir
• Utilizes data to guide decision making strategies on new hire performance and future at the company
• Research new training techniques, make enhancements to existing methods, and standardize training programs.
• Designs training programs for Managers, Clinical Staff and Employees.
• Drives continuous improvement of our onboarding and training by recommending enhancements to design, content, and implementation when appropriate
• Demonstrates pragmatic thinking, ability to integrate divergent information and develop project plans and actions.
• Partners with department SME’s to development and deliver innovative training programs across the organization

Experience We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the creation and delivery of training/instructional materials development
• Demonstrated training development experience involving adult learners, preferably in a customer focused or support environment.
• Strong experience partnering cross functionally to deliver branded training programs
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred 
• Bachelor's degree in related field, Master’s Degree preferred
