About the Role: The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction by cultivating existing client relationships and meeting their operational needs. This includes researching and resolving client issues and recommending potential operational enhancements or modifications.
This position includes a strong element of growth and selling-up existing accounts with new and existing Novir services and products as they become available.
This position will be required to build professional relationships with assigned customers, as well as act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
