Description

Novaspect is looking to add a proven hands-on leader with the demonstrated ability to build and manage Novaspect’s Marketing demand generation capabilities and support the next wave of growth. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of executing B2B marketing projects and programs effectively to achieve new customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and partnering with key roles across sales and our business units. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for operational efficiency and business results, and digital marketing and demand generation expertise and experience (social, search, web, email, revenue enablement). For this role, you will be high-performing and optimized digital channels, campaigns and content, measurable increase in engaged prospects and customers, and pipeline optimization in partnership with sales. If you have the ability to be analytical and curious, have experience with inbound, SEO, SEM, SMM, websites, account-based marketing and attribution techniques and technical knowledge of Pardot (or similar), Salesforce CRM, and the overall marketing technology stack, then this could be the role for you.

Key Functions

  • Collaboration with Sales and Business Units in establishing world-class digital demand gen best practices
  • Work collaboratively with sales and Business Units to define and design campaigns and digital strategies for outbound prospecting
  • Focus on high impact activities, test and learn, and develop repeatable playbooks for success
  • Be comfortable with dealing with a variety of products, solutions and customers

Activities

  • Demand Generation: design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns to fill the leads pipeline. Measure and optimize engagement on owned and paid channels.
  • Enable sales: Optimize lead management process (scoring, nurturing, marketing and sales alignment) to accelerate prospect and lead movement through the funnel.
  • Partner with sales to run cross-team sales development and lead nurturing initiatives to drive acquisition and expansion.
  • Enable data driven decision making and marketing accountability: Measure content and campaign performance by establishing and making available key results: Website visitor/conversions/leads, Campaigns executed, Campaign prospects, leads, and conversions, ad click-through rates and return on spend, Email response/opt-out/open/failure rates.
  • Establish and document Demand Gen and Digital Marketing “Playbooks” and best practices and teach others how to follow them
  • Systems and Processes owned: Marketing work (content and campaigns) management, Marketing Automation (Pardot), Lead nurturing and handoff (Salesforce), Social Media, Digital Advertising, Marketing Content for Revenue Enablement, Marketing Reporting
  • Key partners: Sales, Business Units, CRM admin, marketing agencies

Requirements

Experience / Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar
  • 6-10 years of professional experience, including experience leading demand gen and digital marketing
  • Knows and follows demand generation best practices and is skilled in account-based marketing (ABM), traditional marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation, content marketing and sales enablement tactics
  • Experience with Pardot marketing automation platform
  • Strong operational and project management mindset
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Google digital marketing tools
  • Social media management experience
  • Familiarity with Web publishing and content management
  • Highly Desired
  • Experience working for a technology or software company
  • Experience working within a B2B marketing environment
  • Familiarity/Experience with Account Based Marketing
