As a Novarad Implementation Engineer, you will work directly with our customers by installing and configuring Novarad systems at client locations in your assigned region.

What You'll Do

• Install and validate Novarad systems at client sites and remotely from the corporate office
• Provide user training to administrators, technologists, radiologists, and physicians.
• Understand customer needs and how they work.
• During the training process, make suggestions and modify workflows to better suit customer needs and to work around technical limitations.
• Consult with customers on how to overcome issues brought up during the implementation process.
• Provide detailed documentation for each day at customer sites
• Assist other Implementation Engineers while they are on site
• Conduct quality control of all system installations
• Complete priority tasks as assigned by the Project Manager/Installation Team Lead
• Travel to customer sites up to 50%.
• Perform other duties as required

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline (education requirement may be satisfied by demonstrated individual expertise)
• 2 years related technical experience
• Proficient knowledge and trouble shooting skills of computer hardware and software including Microsoft Server, Database, and Web applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Networking (installs and troubleshooting)
• Wireshark or similar applications
• Knowledge of PACS, RIS, HL7 and DICOM systems
• Bonus Qualifications• Configuration of PACS software systems
  • 2-3 years computer installation experience
  • Experience operating and trouble-shooting PACS, RIS and/or DICOM applications

What to Expect

• Able to travel up to 50% of the time
• Occasional early morning, night and/or weekend hours may be required
• Intermittent periods of standing, moving, walking, and sitting at a desk
• Lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs.
• Lift and carry objects up to 40 lbs. on occasion
