Ensures that all product is packaged properly per ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards. Ensures that daily receiving and shipment of goods are made in an accurate and timely manner. Primary Responsibilities Understand how to package and ship all products per Schneider standards. Ability to create packaging, shipping, and receiving procedures. Track all incoming and outgoing shipments upon request. Create pallet shipments, ensuring the correct products are included and those products are secure for shipment. Assist in quarterly inventory of all shipping department supplies. Create labels and schedule pickups with common carrier specific software (ie: UPS Worldship, Fedex Ship Manager, My DHL, etc.) Knowledge of RMA and RTE receiving process. Knowledge of Visual, Virtual Ship Log, and Non-Inventory Receiving operating systems. Support all on-time delivery processes. Work in a timely, efficient manner to complete customers’ requests. Effectively communicate with management and co-workers to resolve shipping and receiving issues. Aerial lift operation. Aid in the moving, unpacking and stocking of received shipments. Learn how to create documents required for international shipments. Aid in maintaining a clean, safe workplace environment. Help with facility maintenance projects when needed.
