Primary Responsibilities Conduct 100% QA Inspections to the product on every stage of our manufacturing process (hardware and software assembly, functional testing, and packaging). Initiate and process NCMRs, Quality Holds, Reworks, Process Deviations as needed, and track progress of these until closures. Inspect and release product labels to production. Conduct Final Review and Release of Finished product for distribution. Monitor Production adherence to Process Controls (Housekeeping, Segregation & Identification, ESDs, Illumination, Temperature and Relative Humidity) including associated documentation. General Tasks Strict compliance to Med X Change Quality Management System (QMS), FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR), and ISO13485:2016 regulation. Quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations. Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies Self-motivated individual Good Communication and documentation skills Must possess proficiency in MS Office and other windows software Organize and multitask individual QA/QC experience on a highly regulated environment (GMPs, QSR, ISO), or equivalent preferably in Electronics or Sciences. Travel Requirements None Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds occasionally. Must be able to move from one worksite to another to accomplish tasks.
