Novant Health is Hiring a Manager Patient Access Near Charlotte, NC
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in patient access, registration, billing, cash collections, insurance and/or pre-certification, or related experience in a revenue cycle medical environment, required. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a heath care environment, required.
- Licensure/Certification: Revenue Cycle Leader Accreditation by HFMA/NAHAM within one year of hire, required.
- Additional skills required: All related regulatory/governing standards, policies, and procedures; application of safety and infection control policies and procedures; ability to develop job descriptions, learning plans, give and receive feedback, and coach and counsel staff; staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes; customer feedback and impact on core processes; delegation, team building, decision making, conflict management, change management skills; verbal and written communication skills that are sensitive to diversities among age groups, cultures, and educational levels. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
- Additional skills preferred: Epic software experience.
