We are looking for a Plant Operator who has knowledge of how to fulfill functions related to the operation of the plant within the existing policies and procedures set out by the organization safely, efficiently, and professionally. About the job Plant Operators will be responsible for operating plant process equipment and instrumentation to product products on time, utilizing standard operating procedures that meet quality specifications and standards. In your future role as a Plant Operator you will: Be committed to working and operating safely and follow all plant and company safety and environmental policies and procedures, as well as wearing all required personal protective equipment Be able to work in a team environment as well as function independently Successfully pass initial operator training and subsequent refresher trainings Be able to work 8 and 12-hour rotating shifts We believe you bring A High School Diploma. 1-2 years’ experience in a chemical manufacturing plant or equivalent degree in Process Operations Technology or other Chemical Operator Certificate. National Career Readiness Certificate a plus Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel) a plus Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Great if you have General Mechanical skills and experience working on pumps and other equipment Ability to work outside in harsh conditions We offer you A place to grow your career and learn more.
