As a Dentist at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for performing general dentistry services by:

  • Diagnosing and treating patient oral concerns.
  • Examining patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient.
  • Utilizing dental instruments and diagnostic procedures in patient treatment
  • Performing dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, etc. using instruments, appliances, medications and surgical implements.
  • Providing patients preventative services and education in dental hygiene.
  • Leading and supervising dental office staff, including dental hygienists and dental assistants.
  • Assisting in development of dental policies and procedures to integrate within multi-disciplinary family health service.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and processes.

Qualifications


Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid licensure to practice dentistry in the State of Missouri.
  • Valid licensure from the Bureau of Dangerous Drugs and DEA
  • Current CPR certification
  • Insurable for professional liability insurance
  • We require vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment & honor exemptions for medical and religious reasons to the extent required by law.
