Vice President of Operations - Northern Pacific Region(Territory: Hawaii, Washington, Maryland, Ohio, Illinois)

We have a phenomenal opportunity for a strong operational leader to join our company reporting to our Chief Operating Officer as Regional Vice President for the Northern Pacific Region. This role leads all aspects of operations and partners with the Vice President of Sales to ensure that every client family in the region is treated as our own.

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Operations will oversee all operational functions for the region, including business opportunities and growth strategy. The successful candidate will be an authentic, dynamic leader with exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and strategy skills. We are seeking a candidate with a strong record of growing businesses and people. In order to be successful in the role, you will need to combine a servant leadership mindset with a strong work ethic.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a management role, strong preference for 5 years as General Manager 
• 5 years of experience in the funeral profession 
• Ability to plan strategies and ensure that market goals are met 
• Extensive knowledge of rules and regulations for the memorial services profession 
• Ability managing multiple projects simultaneously 
• Professional communication and effective leadership skills
• Ability travel 80% of the time; typical field schedule is Mon-Thurs in locations
