Our Retail team creates a transformative experience that inspires a global community. What you'll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to every person, every time
• Deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer in a way that is uniquely Away
• Represent our brand and our core values
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise
• Help customers navigate through the shopping, product and sales journey
• Maintain the integrity of the space and uphold our visual standards
• Work in-store programs and events as needed
• Assist with any necessary processes and operations to keep the store alive and thriving!

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Passionate about transforming travel (but that's a given!)
• Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift
• Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift

Compensation Package:
Our pay ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards program that also includes benefits, bonus, equity and various social and professional investment opportunities at Away.
Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Away to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.
Compensation Rate: $16.00 hourly
