Visit our Career Site and learn why we should be your new home. Job Responsibilities: Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives to develop business processes that will meet their needs. Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process outlines, gap analysis and functional design documents throughout the project. Continuously study our product offerings and provide subject matter expertise in the setup and execution of the Northpointe Suite and corrections industry operations. Deliver onsite and remote training sessions by utilizing the Northpointe approved curriculum. Oversee project progress and follow the service scope of delivery needs, including time tracking and final invoicing. Facilitate software testing sessions Provide implementation and post-implementation support as needed. Oversee project timelines, assign resources and ensure deliverables are met. Provide feedback to our product management and marketing teams for improved customer communications and product enhancements. Travel to customer sites across the country to help improve their operations through the use of our products and services. Required Skills/Experience: 5 years’ experience in the criminal justice industry Software implementation/oversight system administration experience 3 years as a trainer with understanding of training practices and adult learning principles Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio. Ability to travel 60-70% Desirable Skills/Experience: 3 years of Northpointe Suite operational use in the field Presentation skills 4-year college degree in criminal justice or related field Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings Available: 1
