WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Partnering with business leaders to prioritize hiring needs, define the hiring strategy, and build strong candidate pipelines to grow their teams 
  • Crafting new and innovative ways to attract and engage candidates, while advocating for our values and mission at every touchpoint 
  • Upholding a high caliber for creating best in class candidate experiences
  • Contributing to the growth of NorthOne’s recruitment function by proactively developing and refining processes 

REQUIREMENTS

Today you might be a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist or the equivalent in your company...or something that we haven’t heard of yet - we keep an open mind. The most important characteristic of our Talent Acquisition Specialist is your attitude. We want you to join because you don't see roadblocks, you see opportunities to be at your best. You know that with a growth mindset and great teamwork, you can figure anything out.

The skills required for this role - 

  • 2 years experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re comfortable recruiting for a variety of roles across business and technology
  • You love with building relationships with talent sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to bring on A players
  • You’re a master at sourcing talent and love using multiple channels to attract the best candidates (Linkedin Recruiter, GitHub, bootcamps, professional networks, socials, etc.)
  • You’re a go-getter, highly organized, detail oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment 

Bonus points - 

  • Experience working in a start-up
  • You've helped build teams at a FinTech or high growth tech company
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Greenhouse and Linkedin Recruiter
