REQUIREMENTS

Today you might be a Chief Financial Officer, SVP of Finance, Head of Finance, or the equivalent in your company...or something that we haven’t heard of yet - we keep an open mind. The most important characteristic of our Chief Financial Officeris your attitude. We want you to join because you don't see roadblocks, you see opportunities to be at your best. You know that with a growth mindset and great teamwork, you can figure anything out.

The skills required for this role - 

• You have 8 years of finance experience in B2C tech startups or VC
• You have 3 years of finance leadership experience at a high-growth, venture-backed startup 
• You enjoy building and managing a finance team working on FP&A, accounting, and controllership 
• You love working with and presenting to executives, board members, and investors and understand how to manage these stakeholders effectively and navigate these dynamics
• You have a track record that shows a strong willingness to challenge C-suite executives and strategic decisions
• You’re scrappy, entrepreneurial, and love providing ‘sleeves rolled up’ finance support with a strong bias for action

Bonus points - 

• You’ve lived a diversity of experiences and have been challenged or have chosen to challenge yourself professionally and/or personally
• You come from a family of small business owners
