GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Northland Pioneer College is currently hiring a Financial Aid Adviser committed to the mission, vision, and values
of the College. This individual will provide information for financial aid, registration, student accounts and billing,
student records, admission data, basic academic advising, and financial literacy information to prospective
students, students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and the college community. In support of student recruitment
and retention this individual will attend college-wide community events, assist and advise students and families
on the financial aid application process, federal, state, and institutional aid programs, student account billing
and payment processes, current and past due balances/collections, provide basic academic advising assistance,
and registration and records processes. This person plays a key role in fostering a positive student experience
and excellent customer service to insure student success.
