LPN’s will provide quality nursing care to our patients and family needs; working under the direction of the Care Manager, RN. The care setting is a skilled nursing care facility.
Position Requirements
- Registered LPN with Ohio License and a minimum of one year of LPN experience
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Competency in information technology
- Evaluation skills sufficient to report to RN Case Manager clinical details to support patient needs and goals
- Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
