The Clinic Manager Responsibilities...

• The Clinic Manager's primary responsibility is to provide clinical supervision and general day-to- day supervision of PT's, OT's, PTA's, COTA's, Rehabilitation Aides and Information Specialists.
• The Clinic Manager is responsible for working with Outpatient Leadership in the development and maintenance of the facility's philosophy, goals, objectives, policies and procedures quality improvement activities, program evaluation, program development, hiring and fiscal management of the facility.
• The Clinic Manager will perform therapy as deemed appropriate, based upon clinic volume, by Outpatient Leadership.
• The Clinic Manager will provide clinical and management services to the NRHN satellites as determined necessary by Outpatient Leadership. The Clinic Manager will promote cooperation between all sites.

To qualify you must...

• Meets the qualifications of a PT, OT, ST, PT Assistant or OT Assistant.
• For a PTA or COTA to be qualified, must have 20 or more years of experience.
• Licensed in state of facility site of hire (either NH or MA) and eligible for licensure in alternate state (and license obtained within first 3 months of hire).
• Three years of experience in the persons field of expertise.
• Demonstrates supervisory/leadership skills and communication skills.
• Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week, over 5 work days.
• Must work a minimum of two evenings per week unless approved by Outpatient Leadership; such approval is not permanent and is subject to change as conditions dictate.
