What You'll Be Doing:

LEADERSHIP

  • Drives and maximizes district sales performance to achieve overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and profitability by creating a motivating climate for store managers
  • Acts as brand ambassador and role model by presenting a professional image in appearance, words and action
  • Maintains an active in-store coaching presence; 80% of workweek is spent in the field
  • Increase store team's effectiveness by communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising results; developing incentives; developing a climate for information sharing; providing educational opportunities.
  • Communicates regularly and effectively in a direct, open, transparent manner; communicates change effectively and builds commitment and overcomes resistance

DISTRICT PERFORMANCE

  • Implements and improves key performance metrics for assigned stores and implements action plans to ensure the achievement of objectives
  • Holds Store Managers accountable to Company standards of performance and behavior; implements performance management processes including corrective action as necessary and appropriate
  • Conducts store visits on a regular and consistent basis and evaluates stores in the following key areas– team management, KPIs, front and back of house standards, processes, staff proficiency

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / RETAIL EXCELLENCE

  • Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service across all stores and team members
  • Champions the training curriculum and ensures that it is implemented
  • Works with training manager to ensure all Store Managers are onboarded in line with Company standards and ensures all training tools are utilized in stores

RETAIL TEAM RECRUITMENT & DEVELOPMENT

  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels in line with FTE budget; accountable for recruitment and retention of Store Managers and staff
  • Fosters professional industry network and maintains current knowledge of the best talent in the market; builds a strong talent bench to quickly fill open positions
  • Develops a high performance store management team with an entrepreneurial focus by driving store manager accountability; regularly and consistently recognizes strong performers
  • Provides regular, consistent and effective coaching and mentoring to direct reports
  • Develops succession plans; champions the Group mobility policy

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Ensures compliance with Company policy and procedure
  • Responsible for FTE budgets, payroll guidelines, shrink reduction and loss prevention training and compliance
  • Reinforces operational training and standards related to scheduling, overtime, time and attendance issues to ensure adequate staffing

Who you are:

  • A passionateentrepreneurr with at least 3 years' multi-unit store management experience
  • Strong leadershp communication skils
  • Proven track record of building profitable businesses and local client bases.
  • Experience developing high performance teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Focused on delivering best in class customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enjoys solving problems, even when the solutions don't readily present themselves
  • Strong relationship building skills working with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid organization skills
  • Someone who thrives in a creative and entrepreneurial environment, and is flexible and resilient
