Northcrest Rehab & Nursing is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our ADON/Assistant Director of Nursing. The primary responsibility of the ADON Assistant Director of Nursing is to direct the day to day operations of our facility under the DON. We are committed to provide the highest quality of care to those we are privileged to serve.

As ADON Assistant Director of Nursingyou’ll be responsible for assisting the leadership and management of the nursing department and partner with our DON to help drive the overall success of the facility.

The ADON Assistant Director of Nursingwill include assisting in maintaining standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care as well as attracting, developing and retaining top talent and supervising and training team members.

Required qualifications:

• RN license in good standing with the state of OH
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• At least 2 years of experience as ADON Assistant Director of Nursingin long-term care
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
