Come be a revenue leader at a top tier, purpose-focused, women-owned brand strategy consultancy. Our clients range from start-ups to enterprises to non-profits, and from technology to packaged goods. We operate under modern work principles of collaboration, leaning into what’s uncomfortable for learning and growth, and self-advocacy and respect for one another’s boundaries and diverse perspectives.

In this role, you will be a key voice in promoting our unique point of view to clients and prospects, and in guiding the revenue growth of our agency in a way that supports our values, increases our influence, and helps us add and grow an enviable client base. Your role will be two-fold, with the primary role being to identify and lead new business conversations with qualified leads and prospective clients, with the goal of new clients representing 30% of our topline revenue. Importantly, you also will manage a regular cadence of conversations with our client relationship teams (strategy, creative, and account management) to inspire and support existing client growth among our top 6-8 accounts.

You’ll use your knowledge of brand strategy, naming, design and expression to identify and inspire new clients who need an agency partner like us. Through marketing leads, referrals, and networking you will create and shape client opportunities, nurturing them from a lead to a client for life.

You will be supported by a team providing materials and thought partnership. You in turn will be the consummate partner, bringing your colleagues along on what you’re seeing and the opportunity at hand. Northbound clients are some of world’s leading brands, and our ambitions for growth are high. Yours should be, too.
