Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and phone leads via text, call, and email
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection based on their needs, providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Providing helpful and accurate information in terms of pricing and purchase agreements with assistance of sales manager
- Proactive outbound prospecting to previous service and sales customers to generate fresh traffic
- Nurture long lasting relationships with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
- Ambitious, goal oriented mentality with eagerness to improve
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Upbeat, positive, energetic attitude towards product, client, and dealer personnel
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but is not required. We will help train you!
