Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with compassion and professionalism
• Provide exceptional customer service with every transaction
• Listen with the intent to understand and to make appropriate product recommendations for each patient’s ailments
• Check patient’s allotment
• Accurately enter patient information into our database
• Process patient orders and payments utilizing our POS software
• Ensure workstation area is clean and presentable
• Stock, clean, and organize dispensary
• Assist management with inventory counts as necessary
• Prep and package products for sales floor
• Follow all policies and procedures set by North Medical and Missouri Department of Health Services
• Contribute to the team and maintain a positive attitude
• ·Participate in ongoing education and professional development as needed

Work Environment:

This job operates in a retail environment with merchandise displays and around substances that are strongly controlled and secured.

Patient Consultant:

The Patient Consultant is primarily responsible for aiding patients while in the dispensary through superior service and knowledge of the North Medical products.

Position type/Hours of work:

This position will work day, evenings, and weekends when needed.
