Job Location: Crestview Medical - Crestview , FL
Education Level: Professional License Required
Salary Range: Undisclosed

SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing practical nursing care to clinic patients under supervision of providers and Center Manager. Work as part of a team to triage patients by obtaining vital signs and information, assist the provider with exams as needed, review provider orders/lab requests, administer specified medications, collect samples, track lab tests, and become fully functional in the use of the EMR system.

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • No weekends


EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  2. LPN License issued by the Florida Board of Nursing.
  3. BLS Certification.
  4. Prefer Pediatric and Vaccines for Children (VFC) experience.

RN's with an active Florida LPN license may also be considered for the position.
