The Quality Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) provides Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) for clients including individuals, couples, and families throughout Franklin County. A variety of services include but are not limited to community linkage, skills building, problem solving, and social support. Services may be performed in the office, in the client’s home or in the community. QMHS duties include but are not limited to providing and arranging service for clients, client linkages with medical, social, and community supports, and providing education for managing mental health symptoms. The QMHS reports to the Clinical Director.
