The Decision Support Analyst is responsible for utilizing Analytics/BI to identify opportunities, implement best practices, establish goals and develop key metrics that generate measurable results to meet the needs of the managers, directors and senior management that they support. In this role you will provide meaningful reporting to assist in meeting the analytical needs of management and others. Strong quantitative analytic, accounting and interpersonal skills are essential.
REQUIRED
PREFERRED
Education:
Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Experience:
Knowledge of financial analysis, accounting logic to identify and analyze trends
Knowledge specific to healthcare payor contracts and revenue cycle
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification:

Ability to manage large data sets, including reporting, management and manipulation for analytical purposes
Proficient in SQL query writing, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Report Builder, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
