What you will do with us:

Directs and coordinates fabrication and build activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications. Support customer’s use of product and resolve technical issues and problems. Research and analyzes data such as experimental date, customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals. Effectively communicate their project work and status including estimate to complete to principal engineers and program managers. Delegate work and leverage engineering technician and designers.

What you will bring to Nortech:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years of experience preferred in new product development. Direct experience with the product development process ranging from requirements development, prototyping, verification and product release is preferred. Experience in medical device design or other regulated industries. Must have demonstrated experience working on electromechanical systems. Prefer experience with IEC 60601-1 and with ISO 14971 Risk Management for Medical Devices.
