Norm Reeves is Hiring an Internet Sales Consultant Near Vista, CA
As an Internet Salesperson, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in Vista. You’re a critical point of contact, primarily for responding to internet guest inquiries, and your clear communication both online and in person is key to success in this role. You will help ensure the Sales Department actualizes its profit potential by creating a super buying experience.
We’re looking for an ambitious team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great launch point for a career with us, for someone who already has some automobile sales experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Understand and tailor your service to meet the needs of all guests
- Communicate effectively with guests according to their preferred method of communication
- Bring guests in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
- Assist customers in selecting a new/used vehicle
- Respond to guest and team inquiries in a timely fashion
- Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
- Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day
What You’ll Need:
- Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
- Be able to work comfortably both with guests online, in-person and via phone calls
- A professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
