Position Summary:
The Instructional Designer will be a new function dedicated to elevating employee experiences from onboarding to higher-level development. Norm Reeves Learning and Development team is looking for a motivated and energetic Instructional Designer who wants to put their skills to use, accelerating employees’ development and leading to a world-class guest experience. This position will be working with subject matter experts throughout all areas of the company requiring a driven individual who is always excited to learn and tackle new challenges.
This person will create content that applies to our employees and reflects our company culture. It’s essential that this person can apply adult learning theory/models, best practices, and trends while maintaining knowledge of modern approaches so learning solutions drive lasting impact. We’re looking for someone who has graphic and branding excellence and can build eLearning courses, Instructor-led training programs, presentation decks, facilitator guides, participant guides, scripts, job aids, videos, activities, and gamification.
