As the Proposal Coordinator , you are responsible for facilitating the proposal process by interfacing with our internal team and clients to ensure our proposals are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. This full-time position is open to in-office or hybrid work options with a starting salary range of $23.00 - $25.00/hour.

What a successful Proposal Coordinator will accomplish in the first 90 days:

• Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and submitted on time.
• Develop, maintain, and nurture client relationships.
• Understand the company’s products, solutions, and services as well as our internal organization.
• Meet Nor-Cal’s Core Values.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma and 1 years' administrative experience.
• Ability to understand technical engineering details (previous experience in a controls engineering or software engineering company preferred).
• Strong software skills including: 2 years working with MS Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
