Noggin is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Near Sydney, FL

Whether it’s major events – natural hazards, terrorism, community and humanitarian assistance or other crises – to safety, security, business continuity and risk management, our goal is to make a difference. We have a global footprint across Australia, New Zealand, USA and the UK and whilst we’re 12 years established in our markets, our newly refreshed platform is already a market leader.

As we move, shake, expand and scale, we’re on the lookout we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a fixed-term contract of approximately 3-6 months to come and join the team!

What does it take to be a Noggin? 

You’re a go getter, you’re adaptable and you like solving problems. You work with heart and authenticity.

You have a solid track record of hiring a variety of roles within a SaaS, Technology or Telco company, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your partnership style with stakeholders is one of trust, your job advertisements are compelling and attractive, you know how to attract talent using a variety of different platforms and networks and you’re passionate about being an active ambassador for the company.

As you will be working with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will appreciate the importance of metrics and insights, effective communication and timely execution. We’re a tech company, so you’ll be enabled with systems and processes, all you need to do is be comfortable working with them.
