Job Details

Reports To: COO

Scope of Work

Manage the daily operations of the region in compliance with all company policies, state and federal laws, and environmental regulations while adhering to quality and service goals. This will be achieved through effective and efficient use of NCI’s assets, financial capital, equipment, technologies and most importantly human resources.

Duties & Responsibilities: These are not listed in relation to their priority or importance.

  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and Noble Company Policies
  • Approve all financial documents including payroll, purchase orders, invoices and expenses
  • Actively search for areas to improve in and convey these ideas to upper management in order to establish a plan of implementation
  • Directly responsible for all personnel within division in specific region
  • Continuously work to strengthen sales team by generating more work through new customers while maintaining and strengthening old customer relationships
  • Must be available 24 hours to answer customer and supervisors concerns
  • Must be committed to carrying out all tasks and job assignments to the highest quality
  • Know and understand all of NCI’s company policies and job duties of all supervisors
  • Maintain stringent Safety and Quality practices
  • Work closely with HR to recruit, hire, evaluate employee performance, train staff, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers and also disciplinary action
  • Schedule supervisors and maintain accountability with their job duties, timeliness of their work reports and expenses
  • Determine need for equipment and maintain inventory of supplies and sale inventory
  • Must be punctual and submit all reports in a timely fashion
  • Design and prepare bids for all services and products
  • Perform various other duties and activities as deemed necessary by supervisors within safe and efficient constraints of the job

Requirements

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and quality skills
  • Understands importance of leading by example
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Can work closely with fellow employees
  • Thorough knowledge of safety and work standards
  • Able to delegate work effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Complete all Noble and industry specific training

  • Must possess the ability to handle high priority projects safe and efficiently

Driver Criteria:

This is our preferred guideline for insured drivers. Individual exceptions may be considered to some degree.

Requiring Driver Exclusions:

  • One or more Type A Violation(s) in a 60 month period
  • Two or more Type B Violation(s) in a 36 month period
  • Three or more Type C Violation(s) in a 36 month period
  • One Type B and two Type C Violations in a 36 month period

Type of Violations Defined:

  • Type A: Includes but not limited to, DWI, DUI, OUI, refusing a substance test and charges of reckless driving, manslaughter, hit & run, eluding police, any felony, drag racing, having or driving with a suspended license.
  • Type B: Includes all vehicle accidents regardless of fault.
  • Type C: Includes all moving violations not in Types A or B such as; speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield, running stop lights or signs.
  • Type D: Included non-moving violations such as illegal parking, equipment violations, obstructing traffic, failure to display registration or driver’s license.
