Position Description
Job Title: System Administrator
Supervisor: Director of IT
Job Summary
Hiring a full time Help Desk/System Administrator to be first line of support to manage internal IT systems and resolve issues in both office and field environments. Expected to help support our internal Microsoft 365 platform. Company uses cloud-based platforms and applications, and workstations are Windows environment. The position requires problem solving skills, good communication, organization, and follow-up.
Essential Duties
1. Responsible for setup and integration of user workstations, with Microsoft Windows 10 and Azure AD
2. Maintain and manage hardware and software on Windows 10 desktops and laptops, including updates/patching
3. Provide support to end users and respond to Help Desk tickets
4. Monitor end points utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and RMM tools
5. Responsible for setting up and monitoring back-up solution.
6. Work with supervisor to ensure best practices and compliance rules (ie HIPAA, HITECH) are being implemented and met throughout the company

Minimum Qualifications and Technical Skills/Knowledge
8. Possess an associate degree in management information systems, computer science, or related field. Two years or more of relevant experience may be substituted for the associate degree upon review.
9. Cloud platform implementation and management experience
10. Microsoft 365, SharePoint
11. Azure AD
12. Microsoft Intune
13. Microsoft PowerApp and Flow experience a plus
14. Strong Interpersonal skills
15. Troubleshooting Windows 10 PC issues, as well as iOS and Android mobile devices
16. Backup and disaster recovery solutions
17. Security best practices and monitoring
18. RMM Software experience
19. MSP related experience a plus
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
Duties are normally performed in an office environment. Office located in Lehi, UT
