Overview: 

• The NJOY Marketing Coordinator will participate in marketing project management and support brand marketing initiatives and marketing compliance processes. This will work closely with Brand Management, Design, Trade Marketing, Account Management, Policy & Enforcement, and Retail Operations.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with Marketing, Account Managers, Design, and Merchandising to draft, input, and manage marketing asset requests and traffic flows through Wrike platform to ensure successful creation, production, and distribution of printed and digital marketing assets
• Support Design to brief and coordinate projects with freelance design partners
• Compile marketing assets and corresponding distribution data in order to manage and publish a monthly collateral audit
• Review and update Canto database of marketing assets on an ongoing and historical basis
• Support Brand Management initiatives and creative development
• Must be able to work on Eastern or Central Time

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), comfortable learning and navigating project management platforms and databases

Preferred Qualifications:

• Superb attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Strong communication skills across peers and managers
