Description
The primary role of the IT System Administrator is to provide innovative solutions to technical challenges faced by our end users and to improve the overall efficiency and technical operation of the company. The System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and reliable operation of telecommunications systems to include software applications, personal computers, servers, mobile devices and network infrastructure components.
The System Administrator works with the other members of the IT Team to manage a complex array of ever-changing technology, supporting operations and end users across a wide geographical area. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, customer focused, solution oriented, and demonstrate the desire and flexibility to rapidly adapt to new technologies and changing responsibilities.
The position reports directly to the Manager, Information Technology/ERP at the corporate office in Brentwood, TN and routinely interacts with corporate leadership and company staff.
