Winston Manor is looking for a Social Services Director (MSW) to join our compassionate care-giving team! The Social Services Director (MSW) will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.
Social Services Director (MSW) Duties/Responsibilities
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
- Develop and execute individual & group treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Social Services Director (MSW) Requirements/Qualifications
- Master's in social work required
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
