We’re on the lookout for a Product Support Specialist that will help design and maintain our Service and Maintenance programs. We’re looking for a hands-on expert who can help Nikola secure a zero emissions future with our hydrogen fuel cell electric, and all electric class 8 semi-trucks and vocational chassis. This new position will support a broad strategy to help deliver world class service and maintenance to customer fleets in the U.S. and be part of a collaborative team responsible for timely servicing, preventative maintenance, and asset productivity uptime.
In this role you’ll work directly with initial design, upfit and engineering teams to keep the fleets running and ensure that future services and repairs are performed efficiently. Initial responsibilities will include direct partnership with key fleet customers and having full operational understanding and developing successful launch criteria. Ongoing continuous improvement and advancements will be incorporated by leveraging technician feedback and vehicle performance.
