Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities for corrective action by using a variety of analytical and statistical tools. Review customer complaints and drive resolution. Quality Develop, implement, monitor, and control QA system to assure quality based on customer and/or product specifications. Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality problems. Develop motivate, and train qualified personnel to QA standards. Develop Control Plans, FMEA’S, Flow Charts, etc. Provide customer complaint summary and trends to all personnel. Improve QA system procedures and instructions. Secondary Functions Train personnel in QA procedures, instructions, etc. Monitor cost of quality, reduce wastes and non-value-added activity. Layout and use of measuring tools. Internal Auditing of QMS and support processes. Ability to support APQP practices as a team member. Ability to complete documentation for PPAP’S. Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiar with ISO 9001. Ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and self-motivated. Familiar with CMM equipment. Good organizational skills. QUALIFICATIONS: 0-2 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering field.
